How much does Fortuna charge to use their bot?
Fortuna is completely free! We keep the bot free so that anyone can use it. Our fee structure works as the following: 0.00 - 0.90: 0.9% fee
0.90 - 0.95: 0.45% fee
0.95 - 1.00: 0.15% fee
How does Fortuna's referral program work and how much can I earn?
Users can earn additional USDC through our referral system, with 30% from direct referrals and 20% from Group owners.
Direct Referrals: anyone who signs up using your referral link. You earn 30% of Fortuna's fee on every trade made by your Level 1 referrals.
All group owners who connect Fortuna to their channel, will earn an additional 20% of all trading fees that are executed through their Telegram group chat.
How can I protect myself from phishing links?
If scammers gain access to your accounts, they can often steal your money. Fortunately, Fortuna's security protocol will keep you safe. However, you should still make sure you NEVER allow unauthorised access to your Telegram account. Only verify through official channels.
Can I use Fortuna in group chats?
Yes, all group owners who add Fortuna to their group chat will earn an additional 20% from shared markets.
I sent USDC but it's not showing up. What should I do?
First, tap Refresh in the bot. If the balance still doesn’t update after a few minutes, confirm the transfer was sent to your Fortuna wallet address and that the transaction is confirmed.
Why does my PNL look different than expected after I closed a position?
PnL is calculated based on:
Average entry price
Current market price
Fees incurred
PnL updates when you refresh or after trades complete.
I can't see my position. Where did it go?
Settled or sold positions are moved out of Open Positions automatically.
